CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
All our products are made to order. Amendments or cancellations must be done before 5 pm by contacting the Customer Service using the "Contact us" link on the website, quoting the Order Reference Number. After this timeline, orders will go into production and can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days has elapsed since receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
It must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please provide your order reference number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted for refunds or inspection.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, normally this can take up to 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the "Contact us" form on the website.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of damage or defect.
To return your product, you should post your product to: Rosie's Gallery, The Avenue, Sark. Guernsey.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it's damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
